I was very satisfied with the service and product I received. However, I have not been able to reach anyone in customer service to place an additional order. I have left my number several times but no one has gotten back to me.

I had to have the artist change things several times and they don't really get a back and forth going about the art.

You ask for a change, then they email you a preview that may or may not be what you wanted without responding to your message.

This process caused my artwork to be about two weeks later than I originally wanted which took some of the steam out of the art as a gift.

Overall, it turned out as good if not better than I expected, but the website leads you to believe this can be a fast process. It is not a fast process when you are trying to make sure that this expensive art is not forever flawed from being rushed.

So happy to find this site. It answered a question I didn't know how to answer. I gave it as a gift. So far she hasen't told me that she did it.

The artwork was just perfect. They listened to all the edits I wanted done before charging me. My husband loved the gift and now my son has something special to remember his great grandmother by. 10/10 recommend this company and will use them in the future for any other projects I want done!

This is the second time I have used my DaVinci. I love the products but better than they, both items are gifts and the gifts were loved beyond words.
My only complaint is your pricing because your rates are in US dollars. The conversion to Cdn finds makes what appears to be a reasonably priced gift, double the cost or more, which is challenging.
Other than that, everything from ordering, to previewing and making adjustments to delivery, was excellent. Thank you!

The order process from start to finish was exceptionally and the final product amazing. This was a gift for my brother after he recently had to say goodbye to his best friend, his dog Toby.

The likeness of him was totally spot on and my brother was so touched. His picture is proudly hanging where my brother can look at all the time. Thank you so much!

A very user-friendly website with an excellent review process of the artwork created. Fast turnaround time after order placement and quality product. Pricing was considerably higher than expected. Perhaps a focus group and/or analysis comparison with similar products offered by competitors would be beneficial to your company to provide more cost-sensitive offerings. Overall, a highly-satisfied customer.

Customer service is excellent, Pam is a wonderful professional and always listen to whatever I dish out, but she remains calm and makes sure that I return as a client...I always do.
